Gr99 (gr99.bet) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between gr99 and its users. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

• Return via same method: Withdrawals are generally sent via the same method used for the deposit.
• gr99's Rights: gr99 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on gr99. Violating the betting rules may result in bets being voided.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: If odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement will apply.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Live betting may experience slight delays; a bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted.
• Maximum payout: Each market has a maximum win limit, which varies depending on the game type.
• Erroneous Odds: gr99 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Multi-Account Abuse: Using multiple accounts to place bets on the same event for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

Gr99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering requirement must be met (typically 5–10x the bonus amount).
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a specific validity period. Any bonus that is not used within this period will be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus abuse: Placing unusual bets to exploit the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided.

Bonus Withdrawal

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gr99 platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

• Fraud & Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate the system by any means.
• Money laundering: Using the betting platform as a means of money laundering.
• Use of bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or game.
• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's account: Logging into or operating someone else's account.
• False Information: Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the system.

Gr99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

• Breach of These Terms
• Providing False or Incomplete Information
• If KYC Verification Fails
• If Fraudulent Activity Is Detected
• By order of legal authorities
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
